Warren
Owner
Warren founded ELA Construction on a simple belief: do the work right and do right by people. He's a hands-on leader who's just as comfortable in the field as he is planning the next big move. His drive, vision, and work ethic set the standard for everything ELA stands for.
Tayler
Executive Director
Tayler keeps ELA running smoothly behind the scenes while also serving as a licensed real estate agent. Whether she's overseeing daily operations, supporting the team, or helping clients find the right property for their next project, she brings the same precision and care to everything she does. Having someone who understands both the business side of construction and the real estate world is a pretty powerful combination.
Tobin
Director of New Construction
Tobin manages all new construction projects at ELA, juggling a diverse portfolio that ranges from multi-million dollar lakefront homes to shop houses and toy barns. He keeps timelines on track, manages the moving parts, and stays cool when things get complicated. Outside of work he's most at home outdoors, whether that's camping with his family or hunting everything North Idaho has to offer, and he's restored two classic Ford trucks in his spare time.
Dustin
Superintendent
Dustin runs point on ELA's new construction sites, keeping crews organized, quality high, and jobs moving even when the day throws curveballs. He grew up building and selling houses with his family, moving from place to place, so construction is quite literally in his DNA. When he escapes the job site you'll find him escaping town altogether — hunting, fishing, and getting as deep into the woods as possible.
Tierra
Experience Coordinator
Tierra is the voice and vision behind how ELA shows up in the world. From marketing and social media to the way every touchpoint looks and feels, she makes sure that what people see, hear, and experience is unmistakably ELA. Young, driven, and deeply rooted in what makes ELA tick. Off the clock she's busy taking up new skills like hunting, and if you can't reach her she's most definitely out of cell service.
Megan
Financial Operations
Megan is sharp, detail-oriented, and quietly keeps things running behind the scenes. She stays on top of the numbers, keeps things organized, and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks. Outside of work she's happiest outdoors, whether hiking, skiing, or out on the lake, and she played piano for 10 years with a deep love for classical music.
Tracie
Operations Coordinator
Tracie has seen enough to know how to handle just about anything that comes through the door. She keeps the office organized, the team supported, and never blinks when something unexpected lands on her desk. She loves the variety the role brings and the people she gets to work with. A proud 4th generation Idahoan, she spends her free time boating, camping, and snowmobiling with friends and family.
Anthony
Ela Marine
Anthony leads ELA's marine division, overseeing lakeside tram and shoreline projects from start to finish. He coordinates crews, manages the details, and makes sure every job on the water is executed safely and professionally. Outside of work he's a dedicated Detroit Lions fan and an avid gardener, and his coworkers are always surprised to learn he grew up breeding Paso Fino horses on a family ranch.
Garhard (G)
Field Operations
Garhard, but we call him "G." G wears a lot of hats at ELA and handles every single one of them with a steady, hardworking attitude. Whether he's in the shop, on a job site, or behind the wheel, he gets it done. The kind of guy every team needs and every job site is better for having, and yes — he goes home and takes care of a whole farm too.
Tyler
Site Work Superintendent
Tyler steps into every project with the experience and focus to keep things moving in the right direction. He thrives on the variety the role brings and bridges the gap between the field and the bigger picture with a calm, reliable presence. Turns out the guy who runs job sites also has a creative side — he's into art, always picking up a new skill, and has been to a Renaissance faire, which he shares in common with exactly one other person on the team.
Hank
Operator
Hank brings years of hands-on experience to every job site and isn't happy until the work is done right. Straightforward, skilled, and always earning his place on the crew. Away from the job site he's equally busy — whether he's in the saddle, on the water, or at his workbench crafting knives by hand.
Jesse
Operator
Jesse is young, hungry, and already proving himself on the job, bringing energy and a strong work ethic to every project from retaining walls to mass excavation. He thrives on the variety ELA throws at him and picks things up fast. A state champion baseball player, he's just as competitive outside of work as he is on the job site.
TJ
Operator
TJ is the guy you want on a job site — whether he's shoveling a ditch, grading a road, or jumping in the dump truck, he handles whatever the day throws at him with a good attitude and a knack for making the grind more enjoyable for everyone around him. He played soccer two summers in Europe, competing against top academy teams across the continent, which explains the competitive edge he brings to everything he does. At home he's all about his kids, and he'll also be the first to tell you he's a pretty solid cook.
Mike
Equipment Mechanic
Mike is ELA's equipment mechanic, making sure every machine on the job site is ready to go when the crew needs it. He brings years of hands-on experience to the role and knows his way around equipment inside and out. He's an outdoorsman at heart — hunting, fishing, and time with friends are his reset button. And despite having absolutely no love for heights, he's jumped out of a plane twice. Twice.
Randall
Truck Driver
Randall keeps things moving at ELA behind the wheel, though you're just as likely to find him out of the cab jumping in wherever he's needed. He loves the variety the job brings and thrives in an environment that's never the same day twice. Outside of work he's always got a project going, and when he's not in the shop you'll find him on the mountain snowboarding or out in the backcountry hunting.
Brayden
Brayden is one of the guys who keeps things moving behind the scenes at ELA, from cleaning equipment and hauling material to moving machinery and keeping the shop in order. No two days look the same and that's exactly how he likes it. Outside of work he's your quintessential North Idaho guy — camping, four wheeling, shooting, and wrenching on his truck and Jeep whenever he gets the chance.
Garrett
Laborer
Garrett is a laborer at ELA, pitching in across construction and marine projects wherever an extra hand is needed while also keeping the crew's machines and equipment maintained and ready to go. Outside of work he's wrenching on his trucks or spending time with his wife, and twice a year you'll find him at the Renaissance faire — which might just be his best kept secret.
Kaleb
Laborer
Already hungry to learn the trade, Kaleb jumps in wherever he's needed and soaks up every bit of experience the job throws at him. When he's not on the job site you'll find him on a dirt bike or with a fishing rod in hand, and snowboarding is practically in his blood.
Chico
Superintendent, Goodest Boy
When he's not cruising on the back of dad's TW200, chasing the compaction devices, running equipment with the guys, or basking in the sun, the bulldog always finds himself on some fun adventure!
