Executive Director
Tayler keeps ELA running smoothly behind the scenes while also serving as a licensed real estate agent. Whether she's overseeing daily operations, supporting the team, or helping clients find the right property for their next project, she brings the same precision and care to everything she does. Having someone who understands both the business side of construction and the real estate world is a pretty powerful combination.

Project Manager
Tobin is the one making sure every project comes together the way it's supposed to. He manages the moving parts, keeps timelines on track, and stays cool when things get complicated. Clients and crew alike know that when Tobin's on it, it's getting done.

Experience Coordinator
Tierra is the voice and vision behind how ELA shows up in the world. From marketing and social media to the way every touchpoint looks and feels, she makes sure that what people see, hear, and experience is unmistakably ELA. She's the reason the brand feels as solid as the work behind it.

Financial Operations
Megan is sharp, detail-oriented, and quietly keeps things running behind the scenes. She stays on top of the numbers, keeps things organized, and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks. The kind of person you don't always see, but you'd definitely notice if she wasn't there.

Operations Coordinator
Tracie has seen enough to know how to handle just about anything that comes through the door. She keeps the office organized, the team supported, and never blinks when something unexpected lands on her desk. Years of experience and a genuine willingness to dig in make her exactly who you want running point on operations.

Marine Division
Anthony leads ELA's marine division, overseeing lakeside tram and shoreline projects from start to finish. He coordinates crews, manages the details, and makes sure every waterfront job is executed safely and professionally. If it's on the water, Anthony's got it handled.

Field Operations
G is dependable in every sense of the word. He jumps in wherever he's needed — hauling, repairs, inventory, boots-on-the-ground support — and handles it all with a steady, hardworking attitude. The kind of guy every team needs.
Tyler
Operator
Tyler steps into every project with the experience and focus to keep things moving in the right direction. He bridges the gap between the field and the bigger picture, making sure crews are dialed in and work is progressing the way it should. Calm under pressure and reliable through and through.

Operator
Hank knows his equipment and knows how to work. He brings years of hands-on experience to every job site and isn't happy until the work is done right. Straightforward, skilled, and always earning his place on the crew.
